Paul has always been a musician, mainly as a live performance touring and recording drummer. Also, a guitarist/songwriter, piano player and teacher. Appeared on countless demo’s and compilation albums. Member of original rock groups including Two Bob Watch - Big Deal - At Random. Recorded and co-produced 6 albums and 4 rock videos gaining national and overseas radio airplay and video broadcasts.

On the music:
The original Pete Boone theme music was a joy to write so I jumped at the chance to write music for series 2. My approach is to develop interesting and quirky ideas and meld them into a style that is consistent with the groove and vibe of the show. The idea is to come up with something that is exclusively Pete Boone in style. Hopefully I’m achieving that.

On acting:
Can’t act but love the film industry. Many appearances as an extra in film and TV. Mum was a musical Director so I did a lot of theatre as a kid. (Paul really is an excellent actor! He actually appeared as Simone in the 1988 version of ‘The Parramatta Matter’ (Australian Amateur Cine Society Award Winner), as well as starring roles in the stage video version of ‘Spamlet’ and ‘Desmond Omen 23b’.)
